Really good Stay at the Gotham

comfortable bed ample space attentive staff unique room

The Executive room offered a unique experience. The bed was supremely comfortable. The bathroom provided ample space. The interior and exterior designs impressed me a lot. I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff proved to be very attentive.

I noted that the music from nearby bars was somewhat audible from the Station Master Suite on the third floor.

The staff displayed warmth and professionalism. A team member escorted me to my room. They provided a helpful overview of its features. Their enthusiasm enhanced the experience.

Dinner at the Fire restaurant was superb!!! The spiced monkfish stood out as a nice dish. Breakfast was excellent as well. The restaurant provided a peaceful ambience with piano music.

Acceptable Location, but Issues Experienced

intrusive noise late night disturbance

The hotel's location proved acceptable as a base for exploring the city.

The noise from nearby bars was intrusive. I stayed on the third floor and heard music late into the night. This made sleeping difficult. The hotel should invest in better soundproofing to address this disturbance.

very nice care fine room beautiful design exceeding cocktail

The staff offered very nice care. danielle, she was attentive. our room was fine. It was beautifully designed and immaculate. the food and drinks was so great (i especially liked the cocktails!).

the drop off area was restrictive with too few spaces. we had to wait a while on checkout, and then i walked to the main street with my luggage.

restrictive drop off noisy room

The drop off area felt restrictive. Only a few cars could use it. during checkout, i waited 15 minutes before walking to the main street with my luggage. it was not ideal to handle bags alone and the member's only lounge was not ready. it seemed empty and not up to par for a private member lounge. i stayed in the station masters suite on the 3rd floor and it was noisy due to music from nearby bars across the street.
