restrictive drop offnoisy room

The drop off area felt restrictive. Only a few cars could use it. during checkout, i waited 15 minutes before walking to the main street with my luggage. it was not ideal to handle bags alone and the member's only lounge was not ready. it seemed empty and not up to par for a private member lounge. i stayed in the station masters suite on the 3rd floor and it was noisy due to music from nearby bars across the street.
